Took way to long to receive fir the price I payed and almost no way to speak to anyone unless it’s email Delayed. Poor communication.

Incorrect sizing for both shoes. Very poor craftsmanship and unprofessional delays. This is the worst experience with very non customer service minded individuals. My goal in life is to now sway anyone from acquiring shoes from MLO…any upper level management can give me a call to discuss other options . But they will not because they truly missed the mark on this order after it took 2 months to receive and the shoes are poor quality….Delayed. Unprofessional.
