item was not delivered to me. I checked my mailbox and front and back doors and no sign of delivered package????? where is my package??? why lie about it being delivered!!!!Delayed.

My ring had black scratches on it within the 5 minutes of me getting it. It still looks good for the price of it but I am disappointed in the scratches. I have tried washing it but nothing will work.Damaged.
