The Courier did not ring my doorbell. He called by phone. I told him it would take me 3-5 to arrive in the reception area.When I got there, no one was there or outside the door. I returned to my apartment and called the courier. He answered the phone and said he was waiting for me near the door bell. I told him I had been downstairs to the door and no one was there. He became agitated so I requested that he leave the package at the post office because I was not well. He hung up on me. Unprofessional.

The worst experience ever, I will never use your services again. It was awful and I hope you read this. My package was stuck in the Netherlands for 2 weeks before being sent back for no resson, and then got stuck at the same place for 1 month. With all that you guys delivered it to my neighbor instead of me, because I was at home. Horrible!Delayed.

Was delayed for over a week 20km from my address. Total order to delivered took 4 weeks. Way longer than expected. Delayed. Poor communication.
