Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.

I was home, and the gate near my front door was open. The driver didn't knock on my door, or even honk. Instead, the package was DROPPED over our second, closed gate. It would have taken just a few more minutes to either get my attention (honk) or look around a bit to discover the open gate leading directly to my front door. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
