Delivered early! Contacted before, when and after. Very happy and complimentary to all involved. Box was well protected AND left safely on my porch. THANKS TO YOU ALL!!

Tracked item till delivery, not delivered to me. FedEx tracking just showed delivered. Not responsible after package delivered. Contacted call center, 3 times, 2 employees were rude, very difficult to understand their English. Told my package was a ground delivery so it wasn’t a priority even though it was already delivered 5+ days. Finally was delivered today, dropped at door even though the office was open.Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Delayed.
