FedEx driver did not attempt the delivery on the specified day, the status was updated to the delivery being attempted but business was closed. A falsehood. Customer service rep said it would be attempted 2 days later on Tuesday, and someone will call me about my concern. No call was made. Monday morning the status updated to out for delivery. I was at work and updated the delivery to be made to a pickup location. It was too late and the package was left outside the door on a busy street.Unprofessional.

never received item. fed-ex driver left at the front door. not a safe place in the wide open. someone stole the package and I still haven't got it. almost $90.00. very bad experience. and that's the second time he left it in the same spot and someone took it.Left in wrong spot.
