The package was never delivered because I did not receive any information from the parcel service (DHL). Last Monday, the parcel was therefore sent back to the sender by the parcel store. I am very upset and a complaint is already in progress againt DHL in Germany.

Did not get the pickup code so had to call to get it. But it was really fast to get the package here
