I never received my delivery, but they put delivered and I never got my package. This is poor service for any shipping company.

The ontrac worker threw my package over the fence, didn’t bother to leave it nicely on the porch. The way that the packages looked like was like someone just threw it over the fence. What if I had something that was glass and valuable in there? 😞Poor communication.

He left it at the wrong apartment.It was stolen. There are no numbers on that apartment back there.My apartment is in the front.Left in wrong spot.
