excelente a todos os níveis...a UPS continua a ser a Fórmula 1 dos logísticos. continuem assim!!!Delivered early.

UPS was not clear in their communication with me. Representative kept citing a UPS code and would not explain what it meant. Representative was more focused on their "script" than listening and responding to my concerns. The company, Mary Maxim is not at fault, they have no control over what happens when they ship.Poor communication.
