Although I’m grateful for fast responses by the team when I reach out towards my order, the app in itself is poor in communcation. It always stops updating where my order is, thankfully the team always manages to fix it for me and helps me but it just gets stuck again. Props to the team for dealing with my constant emails I’m wondering where my order goes Poor communication.
