Arrived a week before the app said it wouldDelivered early. Well protected parcel.

I didn’t like that there was minimal communication. I didn’t even know my shipment arrived. Nobody knocked on my door and the tracker didn’t update and it was delivered 3 hours ago according to my security camera. There was minimal updates on the tracker during the shipment too. Poor communication.
