I verified my address 2 times. And still didn’t get my item correctly. There was no way to communicate with the sender. No communication from USPS until the day it was being sent back. This app that merchants use isn’t the best either. Poor communication.

I thought it was being delivered to my house and no one told me I had to pick it up from the chitchats store Poor communication.
