Item arrived incomplete and in damaged package. Was supposed to receive 2 pairs of shoes, only 1 was in the box. The box was too big with no packing materials so the pair that did arrive were damaged in transit. When I asked the FedEx clerk about what to do, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said take it up with the vendor. Terrible customer service; and lack of care in package handling/mishandling left me with an incomplete order and damaged product. Damaged. Unprofessional.
