Once again, OnTrac left my package sitting on a pillar on my gate at the front of the house. The gate swings out towards the street and IS NEVER LOCKED!!!!! This day and age, no package should be left on the street, elevated for east viewingLeft in wrong spot.

left by mail box. I was not even alerted it was here. I am disabled in a power chair, and can't lift .

The shipment was delayed by 1 day and they left it in the middle of my driveway in front of my garage where anyone could spot it. Not to mention it’s really heavy so I had to drag it around the house to my porch to get it inside.Delayed. Left in wrong spot.
