the map shows a different state as if where the package is. Poor communication.

I have not received my package and it has been 12 days!! I'm not understanding why my package hasn't reached my home yet! I used the same address I did on the last purchase so where is it?!! It's telling the delivered successfully and I didn't receive my package!! I'm really vexed about this! I don't remember it taking this long to reach me! And I was charged $280.00 and I want my money refunded if I don't receive my package within the next 6 days because it states 10-18 days until delivery!!
