It said it would be delivered on Friday. No problem with that. But when Wednesday-Thursday came around it said it was out for delivery, even though it said it would arrive Friday. I didn’t really have a problem with that since how I saw it, it would be coming earlier than expected. But here’s when the problem arose. My mail comes between 2-3 pm. On Thursday around those times, I checked and it was not there. So I checked the app and all of a sudden it said it was at a pick up location and is reaPoor communication. Left in wrong spot. Delayed.

I don't know if it's just some of your postal workers are just incompetent or just don't want to work because there are six apartments in this community that do not look like trailers we got two duplex on the right hand side and one duplex on the left hand side those are the apartments and they're made out of brick they are not trailers and the postal courier be putting the mail in trailer number 4 some like the fact that they put in my credit cards and bank statement and somebody else's boxUnprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
