package was ping ponged around NY. was in my zip code, left and then 2 days later finally delivered Delayed.

Good evening my package said it was delivered around 5:01 pm and I got home from the gym at 8pm and there was no package in the mail around the mail box or on the porch. I’m super bummed out I walked 4.5 miles to the gym and 4.5 miles back and I was so excited for my package today as I ran out of weed on Monday. Is there anyway this can be rectified I did purchase the package protection as well. Thank you and have a wonderful night. Ps. I sent you an email that says this same exact thing.
