for more then a week no updates, like stuck in China. everything else is great Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.

EV025384978CN hello, the tracking of my package notes that it arrived today at 15:29. On the tracking app, the finish is in Zürich. I live in Basel. the delivery address is Basel. And I haven't received anything today. What's going on?
