Delivered early. Delivered on time. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

I waited over 45 days for this package. It should’ve only taken 7. But the tracking froze after only 3 days, and after weeks of waiting I was told the package had been lost. It was bought as a Christmas present for my partner. I was so excited to gift it to him. But due to DHL’s negligence it got lost. Then, 2 weeks after being told the package was lost, I receive an update on the tracking. I then receive the package 4 days later. I’m glad to have the gift but v disappointed in my experience. Delayed. Poor communication.
