Das Paket kam nach 17 Tagen an. Auf die Reklamation wurde geantwortet, es sei verloren gegangen. Die App zur Sendungsnachverfolgung gab an, dass das Paket zum Zeitpunkt der Reklamation den Betrieb nicht verlassen hatte. Es wurde anstandslos „ein zweites Produkt“ verschickt. Jetzt ist es da und alle sind glücklich.
