The parcel was not delivered to me, but returned to the sender without any undisclosed reason.Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Delivered early.

first of all because the driver had to walk from the parking lot 100m he decided not to door deliver the item and leave it at a pickup store. Moreover I barely got notifications in the critical moments so I have done a lot of self research to find the package and the box was damaged.Damaged. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
