The FedEx freight delivery driver admitted that my package had fallen over in the back of the truck, but when it did he stopped and strapped the package down. The box was mostly intact and except for one piece of 2x4 from the bottom of the packages wooded pallet. The driver helped me get the package up onto my dolly up on the sidewalk of my building. I couldn’t fit the package through the doors with it in the box. So I had to open & assemble the front wheel and handle bars outside to get it in. Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Delivered early. Left parcel in a safe place.
