I have video proof that the fedex driver did not deliver my package as he reported. My address is on the front of the house so it’s as if he did not even look at it. The neighbors do not have the package so I will be involving the police if this does not get handled.Left in wrong spot. Poor communication. Delayed.

I never got my package, even though I got to my door as soon as it said delivered. Also I have no clue why it said left at garage, when clearly I put apartment A and even on the street address. I live at an apartment so I have no garage.

very bad experience.
I didn't receive the parcel.
FedEx refused to deal with Turkish customs.
they are so rude and not a professional team in turkey.
i had to ship my parcel again to a different country.
very very bad services. I lost so much money.
