Currently have to investigate where the package was “delivered.” Multiple times FedEx was unprofessional. Saying a delivery can’t be made because there was no secure location. When we where home and no attempt was made to notify us of this concern. Then leaving two packages on that same day because the location was “secure.” It’s not that hard to do your job and it makes an impact when it happens multiple times for deliveries and pickups. If I had the choice, I’d never use FedEx. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.

called to have driver go to our new driving .But he not go there he went to the gate and threw over and the neighbors dog got it:(

🙄🙄🙄 I had to track down my own package in the rain sick that was lefted at the wrong apartment luckily with nice people… the packaged contained some of my kids school uniforms & I don’t have it like that to just say oh,well so casually as the customer service lady attitude was & suggested that I give him more time ….Now I’m almost frightened as I await the rest of my package to come😩😏Left in wrong spot.
