left several packages at at the front porch witch is not a secured area. When confronted driver ignored me after explaining to him about most of the customer's were handicap. Total disrespect to what I said. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

left at neighbors. this constantly happens with fedex. I try to use any shipping company other than FedEx. my normal driver stands at the bottom of the steps (10 steps) and launches our packages on the porch. fedex is a joke.Left in wrong spot.
