Always provides a great way for me to keep track. I do wish the delivery was closer to real time. I ended up walking into the box, didn’t know it was there 10 minutes later, I was notified it arrived. Again though - a great experience!!Delivered early.

Tuve que ir a recogerlo a la bodega de fedex, por que nadie me notificó de un cobro de impuestos en efectivo cuando intentaron entregármelo en mi domicilio. Lo cual derivó en que el mensajero, por negligencia, haya programado el retorno al remitente del paquete. Hablé por teléfono y escribí email a fedex, nadie me dio solución, incluso me colgaban las llamadas. Por mis propios medios tuve que investigar donde lo tenían retenido e irlo a buscar. Pésimo servicio de parte de fedex! Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
