There are specific instructions on the door of my building stating to call me or my father to come down and physically receive all deliveries because my building is known for having our packages stolen, I wasn't alerted that my package was in the hall via this app until 45min after it was delivered, so I go downstairs to get it and just as I had suspected my package was goneUnprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
