FedEx was suppose to deliver a package which was suppose to way 2.1 kg and ended up delivering me a half that package and on top that charged me for the 2.1kg which was totally wrong

WAS NOT DELIVERED. I NEVER, EVER RECEIVE MY PRODUCTSI BUY FROM WALMART. and nearly every time I get something delivered by FedEx they chunk it at the end of the road which is over two football fields from my house and unable to see it because of the foliage. that should most definitely be against the rules.
