a little late. had some complications with shipping. Jen at HealthRageous was exceptional helpful

Left in the wrong side of the building. Half of letters in apartment number go to the left side mail area, another half — on the right side. OnTrack is always leaving packages on the left side, so when I come down from my apartment on the left side, there is nothing there. Left in wrong spot.
