Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Says it’s delivered but there was no key to retrieve my package from the mailbox.

Only thing is the tracker marker stayed in China the whole time that it was on its way to me. It never showed it leaving China. It only showed the tracker dot in America after I had gotten the package.Delivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.

Mon voisin a trouvé mon colis entièrement ouvert, dehors devant mon immeuble, sur un sol mouillé par la pluie : le livreur à vu que ce n'était qu'un peluche après l'avoir ouvert, il l'a jeté par terre sans se poser de question et a indiqué le colis comme « livré »... Si mon voisin ne l'avait pas vu, je ne sais même pas ce qui aurait pu arriver à mon colis...Damaged. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
