I want a refund!! wrong size wrong trim they basically put my 2 hats in a box too small, no cover to protect shape or hat itself. horrible. Delayed. Damaged. Incorrect items. Poor communication.

Paid 17 plus dollars to not get it a month later and still did also the track wasn’t even right didn’t even tell me when it got delivered!Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
