Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Estuvo bloqueado en la aduana cerca de un mes. Faltaba documentación y tuve que pagar casi 30€ más por impuestos y gestiones aduaneras.Delayed.

La caja estaba aplastada y también por dentro se dañó la caja de los lentes de contacto Damaged.

I can’t find my package they said it wa delivered yesterday Delayed. Poor communication.

Although I understand why it was left where it was, if both my wife and I had been working that day or it was raining, the item could have been damaged or stolen. The place where the item was left was on the front lawn, no knock in the door, not left behind a brick pillar or somewhere undercover.Left in wrong spot.

Took longer than expected but everything was packaged very nicely & secure Some time things are worth waiting for , knowing it’s arriving safely and the tracking was excellent !!!!! Thank you !! I will be using this to track all my packages ♥️

Expected delivery was 2 weeks and it took the whole month, ordered January 1st and received on the 29thDelayed.
