Delivered early. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel.

Never received and waited one hold for 30 minutes then asked if I’d prefer they call me back to keep myself in queue and no one called back. I’m highly upset. This is a gift and now I don’t have it. If i don’t receive.. I will have to try dispute the charge! And tbh gn
