This was the worst experience I’ve had with DHL.!I’ve called, made complaints. In the status they stated that I refused the item three times, which is not true and asked me to contact their offices when the correct statement should be that the item arrived but they had too much delivery to hand out and after five days of having the item in their hands they deliver it. What a shame.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
