I was in for my delivery however DPD did a drop and run again. Did not see delivery driver and he left me with a box nearly as big as my wheelchair and blocked my only fire exit. I had no help but just managed to drag the box inside until my carers visit. I live on my own with only a little help from carers. NOT IMPRESSED !!!! It’s my legs that don’t work but my brain and mouth does !Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

Left my 2 gates open and my dogs got out. Had to get people try catch them. I have a sign on the one gate saying please close the gateUnprofessional.

delivered when said and driver helped carry a large heavy box into the back door with was most appreciated.
