This is not the first time the delivery was made to the wrong house. Fortunately, my neighbors are gracious enough to bring the package all the way down to my house. Left in wrong spot.

FedEx needs to do a better at communicating and making sure their packages are delivered to their customers. I was supposed to get my package on June 30th and didn’t get it until July 5th. That is ridiculous. Only until I opened a tracing investigation did I finally get my shoes. Just simply unprofessional. Delayed.
