Hidden charged to customer. Duty handling fees shouldn’t applied to customer which has paid for the shipment fees earlier. It was door to door deliveryDelayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.

FedEx just cannot seem to get items there by the promised date nor do they seem to be able to communicate that those expectations would not be met.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
