FedEx just delivered a tv and grill and when he went to put packages down. He just let go of them. Hopefully my stuff is still in working order and not damaged. If it is heavy items... shouldn’t your truck be equipped to move boxes without just dropping them.

Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

package was delivery but unfortunately when i got home my package wasn't there & its said for the 10th & not the 9thUnprofessional. Poor communication.
