Pre-payed my taxes with the seller and the shipping company failed to provide my customs with this information. Had to pay the taxes again. Luckily the seller was very understanding and repayed me the taxes.Unprofessional.

Item marked as delivered, when it hasn’t. No “Sorry we missed you card”, no knocking on the door. Very poor from Royal Mail.
