Took to long it arrived in my city yesterday morning and couldn’t been delivered but made me wait a day however this was the day they said it would be delivered

I was not happy with my shipment being delayed and the miscommunication that I received. I was expecting this package last week per what was being estimated on this app and the postal carriers date, but there was no location update on my package for 4 days until I filed a claim with UPS. Then it was found out that my package never left the original facility.Delayed. Poor communication.
