was sent to alt address due to some type of complication. contacted carrier and they didn't know where it was. contacted sender they didn't know where it was. finally arrived 2 week after quotes timeDelayed. Poor communication.

There was no notification from the pickup point to indicate they received the package. The staff was very helpful to track it down.Poor communication.
