I had sent out multiple emails to switch name in carvings and I got a reply but the bracelets were still the same.Incorrect items.

I did not receive my full order. I received the bracelets but not the rose box that I had ordered with it. I paid extra for shipping to get it here faster and it was still a month before I got it. Incorrect items. Delayed. Poor communication.
