Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Both Boxes were smashed, but product not damaged. I did like that I was always notified of departure and arrival times. But that happens when delivered with USPS. Could try another carrier in the future. Just my recommendation.

I reached out multiple times to the company because I ordered them in September and just received them today. I never got a response from anyone after 5 emails sent. What a sad excuse for “customer service.” There is no customer service. This was a waste of money. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Delayed.

Arrived 3 months late in a soaking wet package, and within 5 minutes of wearing, one of the earrings broke. Total scam.Delayed. Damaged. Poor communication.
