Firstly there was a delay in delivery, later when I called asking about the parcel, on 1800 412 3148 they tried scamming me, saying that the delivery address has some issue and to send extra charges for address correction. I denied paying any extra charges and asked for a return of product.
lastly I myself when to the DTDC hub at margao to collect the parcel,
very bad service. I would never think of DTDC for any courier related service Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
