My shampoo burst and is at the bottom of the parcel. The box says handle with care. Damaged.

Broken railing in drawer. Cannot open fully. Needs to be fixed or returned. Insurance should cover any costs for return of damaged goods, I would think. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.Damaged.

I didn't get my package and the tracker said that it was left on the back porch but I have a big front porch and I was home all day so they must have kept it or gave it to someone else.Left in wrong spot.
