I really appreciate this delivery method where the delivery person called me and waited for my sister to come downstairs as we reside upstairs and it takes a little while to come down. I want to express my gratitude to this delivery person for being patient. I had a negative experience once with another FedEx delivery person who took my package back after I left a note to ring the doorbell. Today's delivery person, thank you for your patience. We truly need more delivery persons like you.Friendly service. Contacted before delivery.
