2 keer thuis levering geprobeerd terwijl vanaf begin aangegeven bij een pakketpunt te leveren. 3e leveringspoging eindelijk bij een pakketpunt geleverd maar deze keer niet degene die aangegeven is door mijzelf en ook nog eens zonder ophaalinstructies. Ik weet nu dus niet in welke locker mijn pakket zit en hoe ik deze moet ophalen. Vreselijke service !! Delayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.
