The delivery driver was rude, unprofessional and incredibly unhelpful. Including snarky remarks, a dismissive tone and threatening to “send my package back” because I was not able to pay cash at the door. The UPS online payment system was out of order and they don’t accept cards. I had to contact customer service to force a second delivery attempt. More snarky remarks and an cussing me out when I managed to pay cash at the door this time (he apparently would have preferred less coins). Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Paketbote hat nicht geklingelt und Empfänger als abwesend angegeben obwohl ich zuhause war. Dann wurde das Paket an einem Access Point abgegeben aber leider keine Adresse dazu angegeben.
