UPS was supposed to deliver to a UPS pick-up location but instead transferred the package to USPS. USPS refuses to deliver to my parents' address if my name is attached and forwarded it to my mailbox, which often gets hit by thieves. However, it never made it to my mailbox, instead, it is now being returned to the sender.Delayed. Poor communication.

Was untold about duties, had to call and be on the phone for 2 hours to resolve issue
