UPS was the carrier and they did a horrible job. I explained to Himalayan Trading what happened. Had it not been for their EXCELLENT packing my lamps would've broken. The good review is for the Company not UPS who better get their act together for Christmas. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.
